  • QC Documentation: Full turnover packages , including Certified OTDR and Power Meter reports.
  • As-Built Documents: As-built documentation and ANSI/TIA-compliant labeling.
  • Procedure Packets: Complete MOP/SOP (Method of Procedure/Standard Operating Procedure) packets , which include work scope breakdown , risk controls , and post-work verification.
  • Progress Reports: Daily reports , photos before/during/after work , and QC documentation.
